International Haircutters is the best Place to go! There are so many creams! You can hear water swishing and sometimes smell the different creams and shampoo. The service is good too! When you come in they greet you in a nice way, even when you get your haircut. And if you get the white hair cream they ask you if it hurts or not. The inside has a waiting room and a couch in it! The service is so nice too! And they talk to you like you are having a meeting with a friend. When I got the big curls it was amazing! You should really get it! And they have great prices too! International Haircutters is located on 96th. If you take the 6 train and stop on 96th, then go out of the subway and go up the hill and you see the laundry place, International haircutters is right next door.
